Who We Are

Hexis is operated by jay0 dev LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Hexis application and website at hexis.chat.

Information We Collect

Account data: Username, email address (optional), and hashed password when you register.
Waitlist data: Email address when you join the waitlist.
Usage data: Server membership, channel activity, and connection metadata necessary for message delivery.
Payment data: If you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

What We Do Not Collect

Hexis is designed as a blind relay. The server routes encrypted message payloads without the ability to read their contents. We do not collect, store, or have access to the plaintext of your messages or voice communications.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Hexis service
To authenticate your account and manage sessions
To notify waitlist members about product availability
To process payments via Stripe
To respond to support requests

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for DDoS protection and content delivery. Both are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@hexis.chat.

Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Sessions use rotating JWT tokens. Message payloads are end-to-end encrypted using the MLS protocol. Infrastructure is hosted on a private Kubernetes cluster with Cloudflare Tunnel for secure ingress.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@hexis.chat. We will respond within 30 days.
