Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds are not available for partial billing periods of cancelled subscriptions — your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@hexis.chat with your account username and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@hexis.chat before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
